Mrs. Martin recently completed Arkansas Bankers’ Association training and earned her certification as a Universal Banker II. She was also recently selected to manage our Oak Park location in the South AR market.

Jordan has five years banking experience. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. He is continuing his studies in accounting at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Mrs. Michelle Ponder was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Lending Compliance. Michelle has 14 years of banking experience, of which will all have been with Relyance Bank. She graduated from Compliance School at the American Bankers Association and has a CCBCO Certification with the ICBA (Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer). She currently volunteers for the Salvation Army and Relay for Life.

Mr. Scott Socia was recently promoted to Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending. He joined Relyance Bank in 2005 after receiving a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Arkansas State University. He is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking Class 59. He currently serves on the Jefferson County Habitat for Humanity board and a member of Fifty for the Future and the Downtown Pine Bluff Rotary Club. Mr. Socia is a Leadership Pine Bluff graduate and a past volunteer with the United Way of Southeast Arkansas.

PINE BLUFF, ARK., February 3, 2021 – Relyance Bank executives and its partner contractors broke ground for the new Relyance Bank headquarters in White Hall, Ark., Wed., Feb. 3, 2021. The new 40,000-square-foot facility, which will be located on Highway 270 just west of I-530, will house management and consolidate various departments. The building is projected to be completed in the spring of 2022.
