Timberfest, Sheridan’s unique annual event, marked its 39th year of celebration on October 7th and 8th, 2022. We always look forward to Timberfest and showing up with friends and family for the community of Grant county.

One of Arkansas’ most outstanding events, this year's festival was chock full of exciting entertainment, competitions, amusement and local fare and wares from vendors. Lumberjacks from far and wide convened for one of the festival’s most anticipated events, the Lumberjack Competition, to show off their ax-throwing and timber-chopping skills.

We would like to give a round of applause to the City of Sheridan and the Grant County Chamber of Commerce for another successful Timberfest and for this event that brings us together for the benefit of the community.
