Relyance Bank Promotes Charlotte Martin

Relyance Bank Announces Promotion of Charlotte Martin to Universal Banker II. Mrs. Martin recently completed Arkansas Bankers’ Association training and earned her certification as a Universal Banker II. She has fourteen years of banking experience, an associate degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and completed numerous ABA and annual BVS managerial training courses. She was also recently selected to manage our Oak Park location in the South AR market. Mrs. Martin volunteers with the City of Little Rock’s Adopt-A-Street program and The First Tee of Central Arkansas.
