Pine Bluff, AR (June 18, 2021) – Chuck Morgan, Chairman and CEO of Relyance Bank, N.A., is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Sarah Ruggeri to Administrative Officer.
A graduate of the University of Arkansas at Monticello, Ms. Ruggeri has four years of banking experience and will assist with Board Governance and shareholder communications. She currently serves as the Secretary of the White Hall Softball League Board, volunteers with Special Olympics and is an active member at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
